Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling the company's media and entertainment products or services, such as advertising placements, sponsorship packages, digital campaigns, and event partnerships. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brand partners to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across media, and production service lines.
- Build and maintain a database of leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and online prospecting.
- Schedule and conduct initial client meetings and presentations to introduce company's portfolio and service capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate qualified leads through campaigns, activations, and digital outreach.
- Track and manage prospects using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline equivalent to at least 3× the monthly revenue quota to ensure consistent closing performance.
- Submit weekly sales performance updates, including leads generated, deals closed, and revenue attained, to the Head of Business Growth & Partnerships.
- Coordinate with Finance to validate closed-deal values and ensure accurate reporting of sales revenue in alignment with company KPIs.
- Prepare customized sales proposals, quotations, and decks aligned with client objectives and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt response to inquiries and concerns.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the media, advertising, FMCG or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of media platforms, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and attend client events or industry functions as needed.
