What you'll do
- Assist in reviewing and processing accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
- Help reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
- Support month-end close processes related to accounts payable
- Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports on AP activities
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – or up to 6 months of relevant experience (including internships)
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic Excel skills and willingness to learn financial systems
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in learning and growing within the finance function
