Job Description(s)

  • Provide accounting support to the accounting department
  • Verifying vendor accounts and processing of purchase orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies
  • Assist in monitoring payables to suppliers
  • Reconciling account transactions with the general ledger

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in accounting systems and proficient in MS Office applications especially (Excel and Word).
  • Able to communicate technical terms in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
  • High sense of urgency and should be able to maintain strict confidentiality with all the sensitive transactions in the organization.
  • Can work in a deadline-driven work environment
