Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Admin Associate to join our growing Finance & Accounting team in Makati.

The role is responsible for performing end-to-end accounts payable and administrative support functions — including invoice processing, document verification, report preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will help ensure that all payments, reconciliations, and reports are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end finance and accounting processes for assigned accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processing based on approved client documents and data.
  • Receive, check, and scan documents accurately for proper recording and filing.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare tax returns and other statutory reports required by the business, client, or government.
  • Maintain organized and secure records of financial documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of reports and submissions.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and related activities.
  • Coordinate with team members or departments to resolve document or accounting concerns.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external communications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in training, development, and company activities.
  • Adapt to approved changes in processes as needed.
  • Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant finance and accounting experience.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (must be skilled in functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).
  • Experience using SAP (required or preferred depending on client assignment).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Quick to learn, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, office-based setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php23,000.00 per month
