We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoice processing, tracking payments, and assisting with account reconciliations. This position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in accounts payable, and it is also open to fresh graduates eager to launch their careers in finance. Strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue billing statements to clients in a timely manner
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Record customer payments accurately and assist with account reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to address payment-related concerns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounts payable role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
