Operations Coordinator

Atlan Stormwater
is seeking two detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Coordinators
to join our growing team.

These roles will focus on invoicing, documentation, and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process
    invoices
    , ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Generate and manage
    picking slips
    and
    delivery dockets
    .
  • Process
    credits
    and maintain proper adjustment documentation.
  • Create and track
    external purchase orders (POs)
    .
  • Assist with
    setting up new customer accounts
    and managing
    credit applications
    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all supporting documents are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organised records in company systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in
    administrative
    ,
    operations
    , or
    accounting support
    roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    and other office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
