About the role:

Sunpayment Hub is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team

In this role, you will oversee daily operations channels and programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee projects from start to finish
  • Point of contact for Sales Sources
  • Work within the group to identify gaps in system and process
  • Provide Sales Channel Feedback on Adders, Pricing, and Other Issues
  • Promote Asset-Light Mentality within the Program
  • Collaborate with Operations to Build Systems, Processes, and Tools for Successful Program Launches
  • Work within Sales-Facing Adders Program and Maintain Stability Between Sales and Marketplace Adder pricing
  • Drive Project Completion Urgency on Behalf of Sales Reps to EPC or Installation Partners
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with CRM Software and Project-Tracking Tools
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
  • Strong Organisational and Time Management Skills
  • Flexible Mindset with Ability to Work in a Rapidly Evolving Organisation, Role, and Environment
