We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead brand and business development across The Philippines. As the country head of marketing, this role is responsible for building brand presence, driving patient acquisition, strengthening referral networks, and forging strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with hands-on execution skills and a deep understanding of healthcare marketing in the local market. The role requires close collaboration with local doctors, operations teams, and the regional marketing office to ensure consistent brand execution, local relevance, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Management

· Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with regional brand guidelines.

· Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, PR, traditional media) to build brand equity and drive patient leads.

· Localize global/regional content and messaging for cultural and market relevance.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

· Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, patient advocacy groups, and corporate wellness programs.

· Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to support patient referrals and brand awareness.

· Collaborate with pharmaceutical and medtech partners for joint initiatives and sponsorships.

3. Doctor & Stakeholder Engagement

· Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, referring physicians, and key medical influencers.

· Organize medical education programs, conferences, and roundtables to position OncoCare as a leader in cancer care.

· Develop engagement programs to increase doctor referrals and loyalty.

4. Digital & Patient Engagement

· Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and patient-centric content.

· Track and optimize lead conversion funnels in coordination with the operations team.

· Oversee patient education materials and campaigns to improve awareness and treatment literacy.

5. Performance Tracking & Budget Management

· Set and monitor KPIs for brand awareness, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

· Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable results.

· Prepare monthly performance reports for regional leadership.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)

· 8+ years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries

· Proven track record in business development, partnerships, and stakeholder management

· Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare landscape and patient referral ecosystem

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and cross-cultural environment
