At GBMI, we're looking for a Retail Partnerships Supervisor (Concessionaire Supervisor) who can grow and strengthen collaborations with our concessionaire brands (apparel and non-apparel). You'll be the link between brand partners and our stores—driving impactful activations, boosting sales, and ensuring every customer enjoys a consistent and memorable shopping experience.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with concessionaire brands, aligning them with our store goals and brand standards.
  • Partner with brands to design and roll out marketing programs, in-store promotions, and seasonal activations.
  • Work closely with visual merchandising, operations, and sales teams to deliver campaigns that drive results.
  • Ensure every brand under your wing delivers a consistent look, feel, and customer experience across stores.
  • Support mall-wide events and marketing programs, making sure brand partners are active contributors.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail partnerships, brand management, or concessionaire supervision (apparel and/or non-apparel).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage multiple partners with ease.
  • A sharp eye for detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
