We are looking for a Seasonal Customer Support Representative to join our team for the busy holiday season
Wear Felicity is a fast-growing jewelry brand that helps people celebrate what they love most. We design and deliver meaningful, personalized pieces that connect to our customers' passions.
Job Role: We're hiring a seasonal Customer Support Representative for a full-time contract position from November through mid-January. You'll be the voice of Wear Felicity—solving problems quickly, educating customers on our products, and ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful and human. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and detail-oriented attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide detail-oriented customer support.
Requirements:
- PC or Mac
- A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by cellular data (hot spot)
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed for optimal performance (you can test your connection at a site like )
Home Environment and Work Space:
- Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
- Adequate space to set up the workstation
Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in background noise. This includes but is not limited to:
Children playing
- Dogs barking
- Loud music
- Non-work-related phone calls
- Doorbells
- Family members/roommates
