What you'll do

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative
to join our remote team and deliver exceptional service to our users. You'll be the first point of contact for barbers, stylists, and salon owners — helping them solve problems, navigate our tools, and connect with our tech team when needed. If you're patient, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping small businesses, we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include:


• Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from customers


• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting assistance


• Escalate complex issues to the technical team and follow up on resolutions


• Maintain accurate support records and identify recurring user issues


• Build trust and empathy with every customer interaction

Who you are


• 1–3 years of experience in customer support (SaaS or tech preferred)


• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)


• Comfortable with technology and mobile/web apps


• Able to work during US time zones


• Reliable, calm under pressure, and focused on customer satisfaction


• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude


• Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
