- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Prepare, file, and maintain documents, reports, and records
- Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate internal communications
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and staff coordination
- Support HR and operations with basic documentation and reports
- Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when needed
- Assist in data entry and basic record-keeping
- Manage company car booking requests, including scheduling, coordination with drivers, and maintaining vehicle usage records
