As HOTEL RESERVATION STAFF, you will be the first point of contact for guests making reservations. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of bookings.

Responsibilities:

ü  Answering Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.

ü  Processing Reservations: Accurately process reservation requests, including booking rooms, packages, and other services.

ü  Providing Information: Provide guests with detailed information about the hotel's accommodations, amenities, and services.

ü  Handling Requests: Assist guests with special requests, such as room preferences, transportation arrangements, and dining reservations.

ü  Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.

ü  Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records.

ü  Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

ü  Collaborating with Team: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Qualifications:

ü  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
