Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately.

· Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.

· Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

· Maintains continuity among employees by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.

· Knowledgeable of hotel fire and emergency procedures.

· Able to communicate satisfactorily in English with guests/visitors, management and co-workers, to their understanding.

· Work with other staff and be a team player.

· Will act as a guest services/concierge for guests.

· Will handle reservations and inquiry received thru email, phone call, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

· College graduate in a related course (HRM, HRS)

· Bilingual a plus

· 1+ years' customer service experience preferred

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Friendly phone manner a must

· Willingness to work nights (shifting), weekends and holidays

· Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus

· Ability to pass the background check and health screening

· Willingness to maintain confidentiality

· Multi-tasker

· Good in time management
