About the Role
We are looking for a Reservations Staff to join our team The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, and passionate about providing exceptional guest service from the very first point of contact. You will be responsible for managing table reservations, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring a smooth guest dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming restaurant reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about restaurant offerings, promotions, and seating availability.
- Coordinate with the restaurant and front office teams to manage guest flow and special requests.
- Maintain an updated reservation system and ensure guest details are accurately recorded.
- Assist in monitoring guest preferences and building a strong guest database.
- Support the restaurant host/hostess in greeting and seating guests during busy periods.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a reservations, front office, or F&B service role (hospitality experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with POS or reservation systems is an advantage.
- Pleasant, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
