As the HOTEL RESERVATION SUPERVISOR, you will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Reservation Manager in overseeing all aspects of the hotel's reservation operations. You will lead a team of reservation agents, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of bookings, maximizing revenue, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Assist in training and supervising a team of reservation agents. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Reservation Management: Oversee the processing of all reservation requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Monitor booking trends and assist in adjusting strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Revenue Management: Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to implement pricing strategies and promotions. Monitor competitor pricing and assist in adjusting rates accordingly to optimize revenue.
  • System Management: Maintain and update the hotel's reservation system (PMS). Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reservation reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in all reservation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS) and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
