  • Handle travel bookings and arrangements
  • Lead purchasing and procurement activities
  • Monitor and maintain office furniture and equipment
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment (e.g., printers, computers, copiers)
  • Oversee general administrative services and support

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology/BS Human Resources Management/BS Office Management or equivalent

  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of relative experience in general admin services

  • Above average communication skills both oral and written

  • Detail and result-oriented; Highly-Organized

  • Hardworking, trainable, responsible and a team player

  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Willing to render overtime when needed

  • Amenable to work in Makati City

  • Available to start anytime

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
