Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
  • Fresh grad or at least 6 months experience in Accounting and Finance
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Must be good in the English language
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Preferrably but not required with hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
  • Must be open for a face to face interview

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completeness of supporting documentations for payment.
  • Responsible for petty cash disbursements, replenishment and petty cash count.
  • Ensure bank and petty cash transactions are recorded on a daily basis.
  • Review payment vouchers, bank & petty cash control sheets,
  • Manage filing/archiving of all AP documents and admin files (including invoices, payment vouchers, credit memos, expense reports, AP adjustments via AP Module)
  • Assist in administration and finance matters to ensure an effective management of the financial resources
  • Ensure payables are managed smoothly and efficiently with accuracy and completeness. Ensures that all payments are done in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
