Key Duties:
- Prepare sales documents and process contracts.

- Schedule appointments, test drives, and deliveries.
- Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between sales, finance, and service departments.
- Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, supplies).
Skills/Qualifications:

- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Prior admin or sales support experience (automotive a plus).
