sales and admin support supervisor

Job Descriptions:
- Assigned to specific sales division or group to perform but not limited to the following tasks:
a. Assisting all the sellers from the sales division in booking sales
b. Respond to all requests, inquiries and concerns regarding the projects
c. Prepare transmittal for documents such as PDCs, day 1 and day 2 documents and transmit to developer's head office
d. Give administrative support or assistance in conducting sales division initiated events
e. Organize documents including filing and safe keeping
f. Provide sales division inventory updates
g. Attend Open Houses and Project launch event
h. Provide and assist sales division on their needs for office supplies
i. Provide the sales division a timely knowledge by forwarding or posting updates on any circulars, memos and announcements coming from UPRGI and WCDI
j. Assist sales division in all necessary administrative works including any needs in the office and materials
k. Serves as a coordinator or point of contact to the developer:
i. Credit and collection - for booking, computation and RF. And other concerns from time to time
ii. Documentation Department - for booking, documentations and evaluations. And other concerns form time to time
iii. Sales Admin - Coordination in unit viewing and concern for client registration
iv. Account Officer - Coordinating sellers and client concerns
v. Marketing Dept - Requesting flyers and other maketing materials and request assistance for necessary event
- General company assigned tasks:
a. Handle weekly (online) and monthly (face to face) General Assembly includes:
i. Hosting
ii. Preparations of presentations
iii. Coordination to sales records
iv. Recommend event program and themes
b. Take a lead in all company events, make recommendations and proposal
c. Attend required meetings and make minutes of the meeting if necessary
- Supervising task:
a. Oversee subordinates
i. Supervise their performance and attendance
ii. Schedule and approve necessary request such as leave, overtime, etc.
iii. Evaluate their performance when needed or as requested by HR
b. Take over work in the absence of subordinates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
