
Sales Executive

POSITION SUMMARY
The position is responsible for selling luxury cruises and related shore-side products and services directly to consumers through outbound telephone sales activities. You will use web inquiries and other lead sources to generate sales and nurture long-term customer relationships. The role involves providing a highly personalized luxury customer service experience by recommending suitable voyages and vacation packages. The consultant will collaborate with both local and global sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and the achievement of long-term sales goals aligned with the company's vision and values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell luxury cruises and related shore-side products and services through outbound consumer contact.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term customer value.

Apply strong technical selling skills and product knowledge to deliver compelling presentations.

Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Manage a high-volume, sales-focused workload, meeting productivity goals through proactive customer outreach.

Communicate and interact professionally with decision-makers at all levels.

Maximize opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle, including upselling on existing bookings.

Sell consultatively by actively listening and offering personalized recommendations.

Help build a qualified lead and inquiry database through referrals, email, and direct outreach.

Quickly apply new skills and multitask to achieve optimal performance.

Support sales initiatives, including promoting soft sailings and last-minute inventory.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using company-supported tools and processes.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

Proven ability to build trust, communicate clearly, drive execution, and deliver results with integrity.

Must be customer-focused, innovative, and capable of solving problems creatively.

Experience working with VIP clients is highly preferred.

Sales experience in high-end environments such as 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality establishments, or premium real estate developments is highly preferred.

Comfortable working both independently in a small local team and collaboratively within a larger global sales organization.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships in line with company values.

Amenable to work onsite in Makati.
