Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to deliver tailored solutions
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Proficient in using sales-related tools and technologies
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a consultative approach
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
