Job Summary:

We're looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of Tobi's FB, IG and TikTok. If you love crafting scroll-stopping content, spotting trends before they break, and turning data into creative strategy — this one's for you

In this role, you will be responsible for growing reach, engagement, and revenue through organic content, paid campaigns and technical feed/shop management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Meta channel strategy aligned with brand + business goals.
  • Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, polls, UGC).
  • Run paid campaigns in partnership with Performance Marketing (ads, boosted posts, catalog ads).
  • Analyze and report on KPIs: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, conversions.
  • Benchmark against competitors, identify trends, and recommend new creative/testing approaches.
  • Oversee technical setup: Meta Business Manager, product feed accuracy, IG Shop tagging, pixels.
  • Collaborate with brand, design, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Manage freelancers or junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce (fashion experience preferred)
  • Strong grasp of IG/FB content formats, algorithms, and ad products
  • Proven track record owning a cohesive feed and/or managing visually cohesive brand accounts
  • Experience creating content hands-on (reels, styling, shoots, copywriting)
  • Keen eye for fashion, aesthetics, and brand storytelling
  • Familiar with Meta Business Manager and social commerce tools
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics (Meta Insights, GA, Looker Studio)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Basic Excel skills for campaign tracking and feed validation
