About the role

As a full-time SAP Encoder based in Lipa City Batangas. In this role, you will be responsible for encoding and managing data in the company's SAP system, ensuring accurate and efficient operations across the organization's warehousing, storage and distribution functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately input data into the SAP system, including inventory, orders, logistics and other relevant business information
  2. Maintain and update the SAP system with the latest data to support real-time visibility and reporting
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP data integrity and system performance
  4. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues in a timely manner
  5. Provide SAP-related support and training to end-users as needed
  6. Assist with the development and implementation of SAP-based process improvements
  7. Comply with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations governing data management and system usage

What we're looking for

  1. Strong working knowledge of SAP and experience in data encoding and system administration
  2. Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Access
  4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve system and data issues
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Relevant degree or certification in information technology, logistics or a related field
