Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages full-cycle recruitment for BPO, technical, and non-technical positions across all levels, from entry-level to managerial roles.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and niche roles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at process efficiency and employer branding.
  • Support client and account management activities to ensure recruitment requirements, timelines, and expectations are met.
  • Presents and endorses qualified candidates to clients while ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Utilizes applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
  • Ensures timely and professional communication with candidates, providing feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 6 months – 1 year recruitment experience with both Technical and Non-Technical roles.
  • Proven experience in handling full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing for hard-to-fill roles and volume hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
  • Amenable to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
