At Makimura Ramen Corp, we serve more than just delicious ramen — we serve passion, teamwork, and excellence. We're looking for a highly organized and people-oriented HR Assistant to help our HR team ensure smooth daily operations and provide support in all human resource functions.

What You'll Do

As an HR Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support across all HR areas, including recruitment, timekeeping, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates
  • Prepare interview schedules and pre-employment requirements
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities

2 Timekeeping & Payroll Support

  • Monitor employee attendance and leaves
  • Encode and validate timesheets for payroll processing
  • Coordinate with HR Officer on salary adjustments and deductions

3 Compensation & Benefits (CompenBen)

  • Process employee government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Maintain records of loans, benefits, and employee requests
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and compliance documents

4 Employee & Labor Relations

  • Support documentation of memos, notices, and other employee relations matters
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement and welfare programs

5 HR Administration & Organizational Support

  • Maintain organized and updated 201 files and HR databases
  • Help prepare HR memos, forms, and communications
  • Support training, team-building, and HR development initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related course
  • At least 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and government benefits processing
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
