The HR Assistant (Rank and File) provides administrative support in recruitment, employee records management, timekeeping assistance, and HR documentation. The role ensures accurate HR data, timely processing of HR transactions, and smooth implementation of HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and processing applicant documents.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
- Support timekeeping processes and verify attendance-related data.
- Prepare and organize HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support to HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably but not required experience in timekeeping, recruitment, and compensation and benefits.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.
- Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
