Job Summary:
The HR Assistant (Compensation and Benefits) is an entry level position that supports the HR department in administering employee compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
- Assist in enrollment and administration of health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records.
- Provide administrative support to HRBP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or other related courses; with relevant experience in an HR Role
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong moral and ethical code; observant and proactive
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
