HR Assistant

provides day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role assists with Employee safety, recordkeeping, benefits administration, and other HR functions to help maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Company Asset
- Ensure Compliance W/Dole, BFP, other Government Agencies
- Ensure the Safety of employees
- Handles government papers (Business)
- Billing (Globe, internet, Etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or psychology (preferred).
- HR experience or administrative support is a plus
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,300.00 per month
