Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including billing, collection, and disbursement activities.
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Manage payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timely release of salaries and benefits.
  • Handle BIR compliance—including filing and submission of VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and other statutory reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as needed.
  • Monitor company expenses, assist in budgeting, and ensure adherence to financial policies.
  • Support management with financial data and analysis for decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BIR compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Experience in billing and collection, payroll processing, and AP/AR management.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and labor regulations.
  • Experience in coordinating with government agencies (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
