Driven by AI. Billease is now looking to hire a tech savvy collections Supervisor. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of collection specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. To grow to 300 FTE within 2 yrs Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.Set clear performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections team and track progress. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing collections.Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the collections process.Collaborate with the risk management team to optimize credit risk models and strategies. Customer Engagement: Implement customer-centric communication strategies to engage with delinquent customers in a respectful and empathetic manner. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the collections function, seeking innovative ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in collections.
