Billease is looking for a Collection Team Leader who's ready to lead with impact and drive performance in a fast-paced fintech environment. If you're experienced in managing teams and are passionate about achieving results, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of collection agents to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Monitor agent performance and provide coaching, support, and motivation
  • Ensure compliance with collection strategies, scripts, and company policies
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management
  • Handle escalations and assist in resolving complex collection cases

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within collections or related fields
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
