About the role As a Team Leader (Collections), you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of customer service professionals who are responsible for collecting outstanding debts. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for driving efficient and effective debt collection processes, while also fostering a positive and productive team culture. What you'll be doing Overseeing a team of customer service agents and ensuring they meet their daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to help them develop their skills and improve their performance Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective debt collection strategies Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to debt collection Generating and analysing performance reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions Fostering a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement What we're looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a collections account - outbound role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Thorough understanding of debt collection processes, regulations, and best practices. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
