Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Site Reliability Engineering team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the health and reliability of our services, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to meet service level agreements with customer deployments around the globe.

  • This role requires a strong background in DevOps, with experience in automating processes and implementing infrastructure as code.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team towards achieving business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily agile devops practices, driving efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Represent the team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Organize and coordinate internal projects, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Mentor engineers to improve their skills, promoting knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
  • Identify and measure team health indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Implement structured engineering and operations processes, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Ensure proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables, driving project success and meeting business objectives.
