Key Role: Site Outreach Campaigns Manager

Our company is looking for a skilled systems-minded operator to own and run site outreach campaigns, identifying the right doctors, building precision-targeted lead lists, and running outreach end-to-end. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, technical skills, and leadership abilities.

Job Description:
  • Design and execute doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing outreach campaigns, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Clinical judgment and U.S. standard of care research to identify the right specialists and exclude poor fits
  • Use of targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic
  • Quality assurance of all lists before launch, ensuring quality, specialty match, and targeting precision
  • Creation of SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach
  • Writing and iterating outreach emails that drive replies
  • Management of outreach coordinators, assigning work, checking quality, and coaching improvement
  • Running email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools
  • Triage of replies and hand off to the PM or Medical Director for NDA and qualification
  • Tracking outreach performance in Airtable or CRM
  • Continuous improvement of the system, spotting issues, proposing fixes, and implementing improvements

A successful candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • You've run high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech
  • You understand how doctors actually work, including how specialties function, referrals happen, and the U.S. system delivers care
  • You know how to reverse-engineer who's seeing the right patients, and how to filter them
  • You're systems-driven, able to build playbooks, workflows, and logic trees
  • You're capable of managing junior staff, getting the best out of them, and being comfortable in Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, Google Sheets, and lightweight CRMs
  • You spot failure patterns early and fix them before they escalate
  • You don't wait to be told what's broken, you fix things proactively
