As a Property Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of short and long-term rental properties.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead various aspects of property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
