Job Overview

We are seeking a customer service-driven Property Portfolio Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate operations, proficiency in property management software, and strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

You will manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, handle tenant relations, ensure timely rent collection, and coordinate property maintenance and repairs.

In addition, you will conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards, prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking, and enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary.

As a remote worker, you will work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently while maintaining accurate records using property management software.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
  • Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution
  • Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking
  • Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary
Requirements
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
