As a property operations manager, your primary role will be to oversee the entire lifecycle of properties, encompassing leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities for assigned properties
  • Direct leasing efforts: market units, screen tenants, and prepare lease agreements
  • Utilize Yardi to manage tenant records, process payments, and generate reports
  • Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease compliance
  • Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services
  • Maintain communication with tenants to address concerns promptly and professionally
  • Prepare financial plans, monitor expenses, and track property performance metrics
  • Guarantee properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements:
  • Experience in residential or commercial property management
  • Proficiency in Yardi software (Yardi Voyager, Breeze, or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with lease agreements, fair housing laws, and property regulations
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties or tasks
