Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operations of short and long-term rental properties. This includes coordinating maintenance, ensuring guest satisfaction, marketing efforts, and compliance with local laws.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

The role also involves leading recruitment and hiring processes, preparing financial statements, performing financial analysis, and driving business development by identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies.

  • Manage short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings and onboarding.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required, but a stable and fast internet connection is necessary.
  • Computer literacy and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude and energy are also required for this role.
