We are seeking a skilled Technology Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a real difference in the way we deliver technology services.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to internal clients across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving Tier 1 issues, escalating unresolved items when necessary, and ensuring that all support interactions are logged with attention to detail.

This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy helping others, this could be the ideal position for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct user assistance via phone, email, Teams, and ticketing system
  • Triaging and resolving Tier 1 issues; escalating unresolved items after 1 hour of investigation/troubleshooting
  • Providing provision/deprovision user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams Voice, Intune, and other platforms
  • Configuring and deploying new Windows devices using Autopilot and Intune policies
  • Supporting end-users on desktop/laptop issues, mobile device setup, email configuration, MFA setup (Microsoft Authenticator), and printer issues (Windows Print Server)

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to IT process improvement efforts and assist the IT Manager and Tier 2 Support Specialist on projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar, is preferred
  • 2–4 years in a help desk or technical support role
  • Prior experience with device provisioning and user account administration
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
