Virtual Ecommerce Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly reliable and proactive Virtual Ecommerce Support Specialist to support our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative and ecommerce tasks, assisting with customer support and order processing, coordinating and launching email campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp, creating simple social media posts and responding to basic inquiries, supporting product reviews and feedback management using Yotpo, updating and managing products using Magento, and performing general VA tasks such as report generation, document formatting, and basic data entry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience and be familiar with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word. Familiarity with other tools and technologies is a plus. If needed, we can provide training on the necessary software and systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative tasks such as calendar organization, email management, and data entry.
  • Ecommerce Support: Assist with customer support and order processing, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Email Campaigns: Coordinate and launch email campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp, create engaging content, and track campaign performance.
  • Social Media: Create simple social media posts and respond to basic inquiries, manage social media presence, and engage with customers.
  • Product Reviews: Support product reviews and feedback management using Yotpo, collect and analyze feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Product Management: Update and manage products using Magento, ensure accurate product information, and maintain product catalog.
  • General VA Tasks: Perform general VA tasks such as report generation, document formatting, and basic data entry.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is a must. Familiarity with other tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
