This role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. As a healthcare customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provides accurate information about our services and products
- Collaborates with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A strong ability to build rapport with customers is essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in a call center or BPO environment.
Additional Requirements4-year college graduates with or without work experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays, and have a good understanding of interpersonal skills.
