Job Role Overview

The primary role of this position is to act as the initial point of contact for clients, providing exceptional front desk support with a professional presence via telephone.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls
  • Determine caller needs and direct them to the appropriate department or team member when necessary
  • Provide general information about company services and processes when applicable
  • Maintain accurate call logs and messages
  • Comply with established call-handling protocols and update internal directories accordingly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years)
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools
