Job Description

As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.

You will also be responsible for escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve support processes.
