About the Role

As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping the first impression of our clients. In this role, you'll guide clients through their journey from initial contact to a formal consultation with our legal experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Memorable First Interactions: Represent our organization with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported and valued from the moment they contact us.
  • Handle Client Calls with Care: Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
  • Partner with Internal Teams: Collaborate with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required (this is a non-negotiable qualification).

  • This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
