We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing sales and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. As an outside Sales Representative, they will also conduct market research and monitor sales competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base in the South region.
  • Visit current and potential clients regularly to promote products and secure orders.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Gather market information on competitors' activities, products, and pricing to identify opportunities.
  • Submit reports on market surveys, customer feedback, and new product demands to management.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Agent, or similar role (beverage/FMCG experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a track record in sales.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field.
  • Familiarity with market dynamics in the South region is an advantage.
  • At least College Graduate.
