​Key Responsibilities

​Strategic Relationship and Profit Management

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-value clients, with a focus on Korean, Japanese, and other Asian and Philippine markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to deepen existing client relationships and expand product utilization.
  • Achieve and exceed profit targets by promoting and cross-selling a comprehensive suite of banking products and services.

​Client Assessment and Financial Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses to identify potential financial transactions and opportunities.
  • Lead the credit analysis process, including preparing and presenting credit applications and execution approvals.
  • Develop and structure tailored terms and conditions for client transactions, including loans and guarantees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of client portfolios against strategic objectives.

​Transaction and Portfolio Management

  • Oversee and monitor client credit lines, ensuring compliance and managing risk.
  • Approve and manage drawdown requests, determining applicable rates and conditions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client transaction histories to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of all client-related facilities.

​Other tasks as maybe assigned by Management

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking or financial service industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in credit analysis, loan structuring, and managing a client portfolio is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients
  • Proficient in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and structuring complex financial products.
  • Self-started with a proactive approach to business development
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective business strategies
  • Deep understanding of the local business environment, regulatory landscape, and client base
  • Strong network of potential clients in the target market is an advantage
