Advanced Technical Support Specialist

The role of an Advanced Technical Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and stability of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise
    • Deliver advanced technical support for complex application errors, performance issues, and system outages.
    • Proactively monitor application performance to identify potential issues.
  • System Administration
    • Assist in deploying application updates, patches, and upgrades.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to guarantee application stability and performance.
  • Collaboration and Reporting

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience: 4+ years working experience as application administrator, manager, or developer.
  • Additional Requirements: Solid knowledge of application lifecycle management, extensive software proficiency, proficiency in SQL and database management, and knowledge of scripting languages and APIs.
