Qualifications:

Proven experience in Application support (At least 4 years).

Functional knowledge in SAP Material Management (SAP MM) or other modules like (FI/CO, SD, PP, HR, etc.).

Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Knowledgeable in the documentation (e.g., process flow, UAT, user's manuals, etc.)

Payments system knowledge is a plus.

Job Description

  1. Provide day-to-day support for business applications.
  2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues (functional and technical).
  3. Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  4. Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
  5. Support end-users by providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing.
  6. Provides support to IT analysis and development team.
  7. Ensure compliance with IT service management standards and security policies
