Job Overview

Maintain a high level of expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business strategies and optimize resource allocation.
  • analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and process improvement techniques to streamline FP&A processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies and drive operational excellence.
  • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, as well as experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations, and effective communication skills to engage non-financial stakeholders.
